Your business has its own logic. Your software should too.

Tell Molik how your business works. Create connected applications, data, and workflows built around your requirements.

Your business isn’t the problem.
The software is.

Too rigid.

The CRM has fields you’ll never use, and none for the ones you need.

Too scattered.

Spreadsheets, chat threads, and three apps that don’t talk to each other.

Too costly to fix.

Custom software means months of development and a budget most teams don’t have.

How molik works

From your description to a working application.
Let’s build one for an interior design studio.

  1. [ 1 ]

Start by describing how you work

Tell Molik about your business in your own words: who you work with, what you track, and how things get approved. No technical terms needed.

  2. [ 2 ]

Review the structure and make it yours

Molik turns your description into connected records, relationships, and workflows. See the logic behind each one, adjust what doesn’t fit, and approve it.

  3. [ 3 ]

Work in an app built around you

Get a working application shaped around your process, with clients, projects, and approvals connected from the start.

One foundation. Many businesses.

No two businesses work the same way, and their software shouldn’t either.
Here’s what that looks like for a few of them.

Nothing gets built
until you approve it.

Before anything changes, Molik shows you exactly what it plans to build.
Look it over, tweak anything, and go ahead when it feels right.

See every proposal

You’ll see every record, field, and connection Molik wants to create, all laid out in plain language.

Check the assumptions

Molik spells out what it’s assumed about how you work, so you can fix anything that’s off before it’s built in.

Set the boundaries

You decide who can see what, and who gets to change it, so everyone on your team works with just what they need.

Own your data

It’s your data, so you should be able to take it with you. CSV export is part of what we’re planning for launch.

Switching from spreadsheets or Airtable?

We’ll move your data in and set up your first application. Free for founding members, with scope and timing agreed before you pay.

Why we’re
building
molik.

Every business has a way of doing things.

A particular process. A relationship that matters. A small detail that makes everything work.

We believe your software should make room for all of it. You shouldn’t need to become a developer, or change your business, to get tools that fit.

That’s the idea behind Molik. Start with how you work. Build from there. And keep you in control along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Molik?

Molik is an AI-assisted business software builder. Describe how your business works, review the proposed records, relationships, and workflows, and shape connected applications around your process.

Is it a CRM or an ERP?

Those are examples of what you could build. Molik starts with your requirements, so customer records, inventory, projects, and approvals can reflect the way your business actually works. It is built for your whole operation, beyond the sale.

Do I need technical skills?

Molik is being designed for people who know their business, without requiring software engineering expertise. Start by explaining your process the way you would to a new teammate.

How much does Molik cost?

$14.99 a month for up to 20 users, with unlimited workspaces and 1,000 AI interactions a month. Additional AI will be available through one-time credit packs, with no automatic overage bills. Pack prices and organization boundaries will be confirmed before access opens.

When does Molik launch?

The early-access date is still being confirmed. Access will roll out in waves, with founding members first. We’ll publish the launch window before paid reservations open.

What does founding membership include?

Your first 12 months for a one-time $59–$99, depending on the tier, starting when your workspace opens. You get the full plan and AI allowance, free data migration and first-application setup, first access, a direct line to the team, and your founding member number. Credit-pack discounts and migration limits are being finalised.

Can I get a refund?

The founding offer includes a full refund any time before launch. A refund window after your access opens is also planned; its duration and the final process will be published before payment. No money is collected in this preview.

What if launch is delayed?

Your 12 months start on the day your workspace opens, so a delay never costs you subscription time. You can also request a full refund before launch. We’ll communicate any changes to the access window.

What happens after my first year?

Year-two renewal pricing and reminder timing are still being finalised. We’ll publish them before taking a prebooking, so you can understand the ongoing cost before you commit.

Can I bring my existing data?

CSV and Excel import are planned for launch. Founding members also get free data migration and their first application set up for them. The number of spreadsheets, record limits, schedule, and any larger-job options will be agreed before payment. Migration data will be covered by a data-handling agreement, with working copies deleted afterwards.

Does Molik integrate with other tools?

Native integrations are on the roadmap, prioritised by member requests. CSV and Excel import, CSV export, and email notifications are planned for launch. Webhooks are a launch target, with timing still to be confirmed. Tell us which tools you use so we can prioritise what comes next.

What counts as an AI interaction?

Your plan includes 1,000 AI interactions, resetting each month. We’re finalising the definition of an interaction, along with credit-pack sizes, prices, expiry, and any founding-member discount. These will be explained before access opens.

Who owns my data?

You do. CSV export is planned for launch so your data can move with you. Hosting, security, and migration data-handling details will be published before customer data is accepted.

I’m a consultant. Can I build for clients?

Consultants and implementers are part of our plans. Tell us about the systems you want to build for clients. Terms for client workspaces and multi-organization use will be confirmed before access opens.
